Drawing from person-centered therapy, CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches, my goal is to help you feel understood while giving you practical tools for lasting growth.

I have advanced training in trauma and clinical hypnotherapy, which allows me to better understand how past experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. While these trainings inform my work, every session is guided by what feels most helpful and comfortable for you.

Originally from the Czech Republic, I value seeing each person’s story through a culturally sensitive and compassionate lens. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and accepted—one where you can be yourself without fear of judgment.
